Become a GXO Warehouse Supervisor for our Supply Chain Operations on a 1st shift, Monday to Friday schedule. Oversee daily warehouse activities while ensuring staff efficiency and workflow optimization.

As a Warehouse Supervisor at GXO, you’ll manage and coordinate the activities of your team while implementing processes that drive operational excellence. You are expected to utilize your leadership skills to train and coach employees, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure productive daily operations in the warehouse
• Assign duties and monitor completion for accuracy




• Supervise and train team for improved performance

Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
• Flexibility for overtime, including weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
