Custom Castings, a member of the Nordstern Group, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our Process Innovation Team. You will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for aluminum permanent mold castings, developing efficient toolpaths and setup plans while supporting automation initiatives.
We require 3–5 years of CNC programming and setup, proficiency with CAM software (MasterCAM or GibbsCAM), and strong GD&T; knowledge. A cooperative, safety‑minded team player will thrive here.
