This role requires hands-on experience with Picker, Winch, and Bed Trucks, ensuring the safety and reliability of loads being moved. Ideal candidates will utilize their rigging knowledge to select gear, align machinery, and navigate complex work sites effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Signal and direct hoisting activities during operations
• Test and fabricate rigging and structures using tools
• Manipulate rigging lines to support heavy materials




• Perform inspections on Jack & Slide Equipment
• Operate CAT and John Deere skid steers

Requirements:
• Availability for rotational shifts including nights
• Proficient with 45 tonnes/swing cab operation
• Previous experience with Picker and Bed Trucks beneficial
• Strong communication and OHS signal knowledge
• Valid driver's abstract and pass drug screening
