Lycopodium is seeking a Corporate HSE Advisor for its new Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality team in Mississauga, Ontario. Leverage your expertise in health and safety practices within a globally recognized company.

In this role, you will support the Group HSEQ Manager and contribute to the health and safety culture across the organization. This position requires excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans. You will also focus on compliance, incident reporting, and internal audits to ensure high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish company-wide health and safety culture
• Communicate HSEQ information to all stakeholders




• Prepare HSE and security components of proposals
• Manage Project Health and Safety Management Plans
• Conduct internal audits and corrective actions

Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary HSE qualifications
• 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in mineral processing
• Experience in data analysis and HSE management systems
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Willingness to travel for in office HSE duties
