Your expertise will support Delivery teams by providing tailored analysis frameworks and guidance, ensuring consistency and quality in business analysis across the organization. You will foster a collaborative community of practice among Business Analysts to enhance capabilities and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise BA standards and tools
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice




• Provide coaching to Business Analysts on requirements and analysis
• Establish quality standards for analysis work products
• Integrate BA practices within the enterprise delivery framework

Requirements:
• 8+ years of business analysis experience
• Proven expertise in complex project environments
• Experience in developing BA standards and tools
• Solid coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to drive adoption of BA practices across teams
