Job Summary: The Specialized IT Consultant - Senior is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced technical solutions primarily on the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform components, Azure services, and case management solutions.

The consultant will architect secure, scalable applications and integrations, support quality assurance processes, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages Portals, and Power Automate workflows.

Architect and implement case management solutions using Dynamics 365, including forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, queues, routing, and role-based security.

Design and develop Power Pages Portals with self-service forms, authentication, accessibility compliance, responsive design, and integration with Dataverse and Azure Blob Storage.

Develop and maintain C# plugins, including synchronous/asynchronous plugins, custom workflow activities, and perform plugin profiling and debugging.

Design and develop Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps for system integration and automation purposes.

Implement security and data controls such as RBAC, FLS, document management, and secure data handling within Model-Driven Apps and portals.

Utilize third-party IAM, authentication, security, and encryption tools to enhance solution security.

Manage data migration and integration using tools like Kingsway

Soft and Azure Blob Storage.

Perform testing, quality assurance, and participate in ALM and Dev

Ops activities including monitoring and diagnostics.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams, facilitate workshops and meetings,



and contribute to team efforts under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Certifications: More than 7 years of hands-on experience in technical solution development and configuration.

Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps Portal, Power Automate, and Azure Services including Azure Attachment Storage.

Proficient in C# plugin development and customization within Dynamics 365.

Strong experience designing and implementing case management solutions on Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps.

Experience with Power Pages Portal development including user access, profile management, and role-based data access control.

Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and integration technologies.

Understanding of security best practices including RBAC, FLS, and encryption tools.

Familiarity with ODAS and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience with Kingsway

Soft, Oracle-to-Dataverse migration, and ETL processes.

Knowledge of Power BI, Share

Point integration, and advanced Azure services like Key Vault, API Management, and App Insights.

Experience with RPA and desktop automation within Power Automate.

Familiarity with testing and quality assurance methodologies and OPS Quality Assurance activities.

Experience facilitating workshops and large team collaborations.
