This part time role demands flexible availability to cover shifts across all days of the week. You'll be responsible for providing information on operations, attractions, and event bookings, while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role includes processing admissions, cashing out, and assisting visitors with their inquiries in a vibrant park atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver information about park hours, events, and attractions
• Assist customers with birthday bookings and rentals
• Process admissions and sales transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas
• Provide support in other duties as required
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and cash handling
• Previous supervisory experience in retail is an asset
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg
• Must pass a basic security clearance
