As part of MHIRJ, you will contribute to the design of structural repairs aligned with regulations and company requirements. Your responsibilities will include repair sizing, material selection, and developing productive repair solutions under tight deadlines. You will also assess in-service aircraft damage and support the Mobile Repair Team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design structural repairs meeting TC, FAA, and EASA standards
• Perform repair sizing and select optimal materials
• Submit repair solutions for compliance verification




• Coordinate with teams for efficient repair development
• Conduct in-service aircraft damage assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in software programs including CATIA V5
• Experience in structural repair stress analysis
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
