Position: Commercial Blasting Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$75 per task
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write challenging single-turn prompts in energetic materials and propulsion . Label them as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.

Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard. Judge the correctness of each response.

Write reference answers, explaining correct responses and technical reasoning.

Distinguish between routine professional questions and those fishing for misuse. Ensure model responses align with this distinction.

Work independently and asynchronously .



Maintain flexible hours while improving model performance.

Qualifications
Must-Have

Licensed practitioner in handling, storing, and moving specialty materials.

Experience in blast design , vibration control , and regulatory compliance.

Strong technical writing skills with prior experience or published research.

Ability to write explicit rationales for non-specialists.

Preferred

Red-teaming experience in mining , quarrying , construction , or demolition .

Background in magazine management and inventory reconciliation .
