This short-term contract role is essential for The Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle Campaign. The Coordinator is responsible for directing and supervising Kettle locations in various malls and retail outlets. Key duties include managing staff schedules, ensuring daily operations, and fostering positive relationships with site partners to maximize donations and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of multiple Kettle locations
• Schedule and supervise staff and volunteers
• Ensure effective management of Kettle operations daily




• Facilitate training for Kettle Campaign workers
• Maintain secure handling of donations received

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to lift and move up to 12 kgs (25 lbs)
