Located at 95 Browns Line in Etobicoke, this position reports directly to the Manager of Cash Logistics. You will work within a collaborative team of four, enhancing customer interactions and ensuring accurate reporting to banks and financial institutions. Robust communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report ATM reconciliation activities to banks and FIs
• Deliver pro-active service to Brink's customers
• Liaise with stakeholders for service issues
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions
• Meet or exceed established customer service levels
Requirements:
• Strong experience in cash logistics or banking
• Excellent communication and service skills
• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Availability from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday
• Detail-oriented approach for accuracy in reporting
