Join One Communications as a Business Service Technician to support our fiber network installations and maintenance. This role involves hands-on support, troubleshooting, and 24/7 network monitoring.

As a Business Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining data, voice, and video systems for small businesses and corporate clients. You'll provide first and second-level network support while ensuring installation data is accurately recorded. Your role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders for optimal service delivery and maintaining high standards of service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair wireless and wireline systems for clients
• Provide first and second-level network support




• Ensure accurate data entry for installations
• Liaise with Network Operations to meet SLAs
• Support maintenance and deployment of fiber networks

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent certification in networking
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record
• Basic knowledge of Cisco CLI and products
• Ability to splice fiber and read splice matrices
