As a full-time Constituency Assistant, you will assist the Member of Provincial Parliament with essential casework and outreach efforts. Your role involves organizing events, responding to inquiries from constituents, and compiling research to enhance communication with the community. You will also work closely with the local media, social media presence, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize events, hearings, and press conferences
• Prepare and maintain research materials for the MPP
• Monitor local media to strengthen the Member’s presence




• Engage with constituents through various communication channels
• Travel throughout the Riding for outreach and events

Requirements:
• Knowledge of NDP and Canadian government
• Solid advocacy and communication skills
• Proficient with social media and computer tools
• Familiarity with local stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset
