Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of solicitor experience in PEI or 5 years of civil litigation experience elsewhere in Canada

Law degree from a Canadian university or recognized equivalent

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, or eligible to obtain membership

Strong litigation experience, particularly family law, is an asset

Experience in other areas of law is welcome

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
