We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department at Crown Acura. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
Manage daily Service Department operations, workflow, and staffing
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality
Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and on time
Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Monitor department financial performance, expenses, and key performance indicators




Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring recommended services provide value to customers
Work closely with the Parts Department to minimize delays
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety requirements
Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or similar automotive leadership role
Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair operations
Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's licence
Automotive technical training or certification is considered an asset
