This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on client assessment, goal setting, and evaluation. You will uphold high qualified standards while mentoring students and facilitating client transitions from acute care to home environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and deliver therapeutic nursing services
• Coordinate resources and establish goals for care

• Facilitate discharges from acute care to home living

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Two years of recent nursing experience
