1to1 Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support an adult community caseload in Newmarket, Ontario. The role is part-time or casual, with visits conducted in clients’ homes under Ministry funding.
You will perform comprehensive ADL/IADL assessments, design personalized intervention plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote secure, independent living. Travel within the Newmarket area may be required.
