Key Responsibilities:
• Provide valuation advice on a broad range of properties
• Conduct in-depth market research across Canada
• Construct financial models using ARGUS software




• Inspect properties and engage with market participants
• Train and mentor new consultants in valuation practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• Understanding of property law and financial principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in financial modeling software
