This leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and operational finance activities.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, business partnership experience, and the ability to support decision-making in a dynamic production setting.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the organizations finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Oversee month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Support strategic planning and provide financial analysis to senior leadership Partner with operational leaders to monitor performance, costs, inventory, and profitability Oversee compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
