This full-time position involves joining the Agile Center of Excellence, where you will work to instill agile methodologies organization-wide. With at least three years in a coaching role and eight years of overall experience, your focus on data-informed decision-making and coaching a variety of roles is essential. You will play your part in the Beneva Value Creation System, ensuring optimal delivery through continuous improvement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Embed agile practices across multiple value streams
• Coach teams including Product Owners and Scrum Masters




• Utilize data metrics to enhance team performance
• Drive improvement efforts within the Agile Center
• Facilitate workshops and leadership influence
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as an Agile Coach in large organizations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Secure, and Lean
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with change management methodologies
