You will manage service requests for both internal and external customers and work closely with the Service Coordinator. Bring your expertise in automation and robotics to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process service requests for customers accurately
• Provide technical support for system functionality
• Collaborate with customers to assess technical requirements




• Analyze blueprints and manuals for setup needs
• Train customers on controls and maintenance procedures

Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years experience in Automation or Automotive Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
• Solid understanding of PLC controls and robotics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
