Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, you will leverage your managerial experience in tourism or marketing to oversee group travel initiatives, support bid proposals, and boost TWEPI's partnership strategies. You'll coordinate effectively with hotels and stakeholders while driving performance tracking and relationship management across industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate group travel, meetings, and sport tourism services
• Support bid preparation for conferences and events
• Maintain comprehensive venue inventory in the region




• Supervise and engage with the Partnership Specialist daily
• Lead planning for consumer and industry trade shows

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in tourism or marketing
• University diploma in relevant discipline
• Strong digital and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously
• Valid G license and Level 1 CRC requirement
