AgeCare seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in British Columbia. Reporting to the Director of Care, this role offers meaningful work with residents and families, and includes a relocation bonus to ease moving to rural and select urban communities.
You will provide planned, patient-centered care, complete assessments, update care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the inter-qualified team to support a person-centered model.
