Job Description Join Our Team as a Senior Process Technician! At Eurofins CDMO Alphora Inc., were seeking a skilled Senior Process Technician to lead operations, mentor team members, and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

What Youll Do: Execute and troubleshoot complex chemical processing operations, including filtrations, distillations, hydrogenations, chromatography, and specialized tasks like pyrophoric material handling.

Work independently and lead the shift in the absence of the Team Leader.

Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring tasks are completed right the first time.

Collaborate with Team Leaders to assign daily activities and review work quality.

Support preventive maintenance, plant utilities troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety standards, and accurate documentation practices.

Qualifications Have a minimum of a College Diploma or Degree Have 2+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility with preference for cGMP experience Have experience handling hazardous chemicals Have experience working with API or formulation pharmaceutical processing equipment, or related experience in food,
