Experiencing significant growth and pursuing an ambitious development pipeline, the organization is expanding its finance team and seeking a finance qualified who can play a key role in supporting development activities, project financing, and strategic decision-making.

Your new role Reporting to the Director of Investments & Development, you will serve as a key financial partner to the development team, providing financial analysis, project modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financing support across a growing portfolio of real estate projects.

You will be actively involved in securing and managing project financing, working with private lenders, public funding programs, and institutional partners.

Beyond supporting transactions, you will help strengthen financial processes, improve reporting, and contribute to the organization''s long-term growth strategy.

What you''ll need to succeed You will possess a strong foundation in finance,



accounting, real estate development, infrastructure, or project-based environments.

Experience with financial modelling, project financing, budgeting, and stakeholder management will be significant to your success.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, capable of operating independently, andfortable working in a dynamic organization undergoing growth and organizational change.

Strongmunication skills and the ability to partner effectively with operational and development teams are essential.
