Box Consulting Group is partnering with a growing Vancouver-based electrical contractor that has been delivering electrical work across BC''s new construction market for the last 10 years.

Were looking for an Electrical Foreman to take ownership of site operations and lead a crew from rough-in through final turnover.

Youll work directly with the owner and closely with the Project Manager while coordinating electricians and apprentices, managing production, and keeping the project moving forward.

The company specializes in mid- and low-rise multi-family residential constructi on and has built its reputation through quality work, strong relationships, and developing people from within.

Apply today! Responsibilities Youll take a hands-on leadership role across the project, including: Leading a team of electricians and apprentices on site day to day.





Overseeing electrical work from layout and rough-in through finishing and final turnover.

Managing daily and weekly production goals and tracking progress through Procore.

Running daily crew touchpoints and weekly huddles.

Coordinating with the Project Manager and other trades to keep work on schedule.

Tracking materials, tools, and manpower to maintain project efficiency and budget.

Mentoring apprentices and supporting their technical development on site.

Maintaining safety standards and a clean, organized job site.

Requirements The team is open to experienced Foremen, strong Lead Hands, and junior leaders with the right attitude and trajectory.

Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician with 5+ years of electrical experience.

At least 2 years of Foreman or Lead Hand experience on multi-family residential projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, BC Electrical Code, and condo wiring systems.

Experience taking multi-family projects from start to finish. A self-starter with a Type-A mentality who takes ownership and keeps projects moving.

Procore experience is a strong asset.

Strong communication and crew leadership skills.
