CareRx is looking for an After Hours Pharmacy Assistant L2 to handle medication deliveries and enhance operational efficiency in our pharmacy team. Work in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Located in Oakville, this full time position involves evening and weekend shifts. You’ll assist with the preparation and organization of medication deliveries while ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for responding to healthcare inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully prepare and fill medication prescriptions
• Organize, stock, and manage pharmacy inventory
• Ensure timely deliveries of prescriptions to facilities




• Handle administrative duties related to pharmacy operations
• Maintain documentation accuracy and clean environment
Requirements:
• Pharmacy Assistant experience or relevant certification preferred
• Proficient with eMAR and Kroll pharmacy technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with PACMed and PACVision machines
