We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join an automotive manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will operate metal production equipment, inspect finished components, and ensure products meet established quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operate robotic weld cells, spot/resistance welders, punch presses , and other metal production equipment.

Load and unload parts and materials into production machinery.

Set up and monitor machines throughout the production cycle.

Inspect manufactured components for defects and dimensional accuracy.

Use micrometers, verniers/calipers, gauges, and other quality inspection tools .

Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions.

Follow work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.

Complete required production and quality documentation.

Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.





Work effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and other production team members.

Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent required.

Previous Machine Operator experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience operating robotic weld cells, spot/resistance welders, and/or punch presses .

Experience working with metal components and production machinery.

Ability to use micrometers, verniers/calipers, and other measuring tools .

Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties. CSA-approved safety shoes/boots required.
