Accounts Payable Analyst (Temporary Contract) Location: Toronto, ON (Jane and Weston area) Job Type: Temporary, Full-time Pay: $25 per hour Contract Length: October 5 to December 11, 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift About the Role Protrans Personnel Services is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst for a temporary parental leave cover.

The role is with a well-established consumer products manufacturer in Toronto.

You''ll join a supportive Finance team and manage a high volume of vendor invoices from start to finish.

You''ll get a structured training plan and backup from the corporate AP and site Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities Process and manage a queue of 100+ vendor invoices using AP automation software Match invoices to purchase orders (PO matching) and confirm goods and services were received Send invoices to the correct site contacts for approval using an internal master file Process vendor payments on time and keep supplier accounts in positive standing Reconcile the accounts payable ledger and flag discrepancies or improper charges Find and fix recurring invoice errors with suppliers and Supply Management Support monthly journal entries and general ledger (GL) reconciliations as needed Assist the Accountant and Accounting Supervisor with day-to-day finance tasks and ad-hoc analysis What You Bring 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, AP Administration or a similar accounting role College diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business,



or equivalent work experience Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and IF statements Experience handling high invoice volumes and large amounts of data Strong attention to detail, organization and time management Clear communicator who knows when to escalate an issue or ask for direction Quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or another ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Net
