Our client experience is fully virtual, allowing representatives to meet with families remotely and provide guidance from the convenience of their homes.

Your Role As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with members who are requesting information about available benefit programs.

You will help them understand their options, answer questions, review eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process.

The position combines customer service, communication, and needs-based benefit consultations in a remote environment.
