Ops & Architecture Experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, S3) is an asset.

Assignment Duties Collaborates with business and technical inter-divisional staff and professional services to deliver and sustain API development and integration solutions.

Determines requirements, analyzes and recommends feasible options, designs, builds and/or codes, acquires, tests, and implements enterprise information structures.

Applies technical expertise to ensure security, privacy and quality assurance requirements are implemented consistent with MFIPPA and legislation.

Develops and/or applies complex business and application models, information structures, data models, and data schemas as governed by architectural frameworks.

Deliverables Prepare requirements specification, technical documentation (system architecture, design documents, and technology stack descriptions), user documentation.

Prepare database schema, entity-relationship, and data flow diagrams.

Prepare test plans, test cases,



scenarios, and results documents.

Track problems, defects, and issues within a large project.

Assure the quality of integration delivered by the team.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements Education & Foundation Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT solutions.

Ecosystem Knowledge Experience integrating enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, asset management, training management, document management, and regulatory/compliance systems.

Data & Reliability Strong SQL skills and knowledge of fault-tolerant integration patterns, including retries, dead-letter queues (DLQ), monitoring, and data consistency approaches.

Modern Dev

Ops Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Dev

Ops practices, source control, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.

Architecture & Design Ability to design complex integration solutions, map data flows, and produce clear architectural and technical documentation.

Experience applying integration patterns and API-led connectivity principles in Mule

Soft-based architectures is an asset.

Business Translation Robust stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.

Collaborative Leadership Ability to work across multiple teams, facilitate technical discussions, and resolve data ownership, governance, and integration challenges.
