The Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Freight Forwarding & Import/Export Operations Coordinator to manage international shipping operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong organizational skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

This includes preparing accurate quotations, tracking shipments, resolving delays or issues, handling billing, and collaborating with internal teams and international partners.

You will also maintain records, support month-end processes, participate in ongoing training,



and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelors degree preferred, and at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and import/export operations.

Experience with Cargo

Wise and Microsoft Office Suite within the past 12 years is required.

The role also requires strong knowledge of regulations such as ITAR, DG, TSA, export regulations, and customs compliance, along with general computer skills.
