Enviros is seeking a passionate full-time Youth Support Practitioner for the ExCel Discovery Program. You will play a critical role in assisting youth aged 12-19, helping them reintegrate into the community by fostering life skills and promoting healthy relationships. The ideal candidate will support the youth's mental health and social challenges, ensuring their safety and wellbeing within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed support in the group home
• Collaborate with stakeholders for youth development




• Complete all necessary governmental and justice paperwork
• Plan life skills and recreational programming
• Conduct crisis intervention and support transitions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services field
• 1-2 years youth justice or care experience preferred
• Knowledge of strength-based and trauma-informed practices
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
• Clear criminal record check and driver’s abstract
