This role focuses on assisting individuals with mobility challenges, particularly seniors, by installing various equipment and offering personalized training. You will also address customer queries and maintain detailed service documentation to improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, and home elevators
• Train clients on use and maintenance of equipment




• Address customer inquiries and support needs
• Diagnose issues with mobility equipment
• Complete installation and service documentation thoroughly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in repair or installation roles
• Mechanical and electrical experience of 2+ years
• Direct client-facing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
• EDM-T license is a significant asset
