About Our Client Our Toronto-based start-up client is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to roll-up their sleeves and join their team.

This position has a mandatory in-office component.

Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for, and not limited to: Accounts payable processing - including the coding, processing and payment of the invoices Processing of employee expense reports and credit cared reconciliations Vendor account reconciliations Preparation of bank reconciliations Provide back-up assistance to payroll processing Ad hoc duties as required Qualifications The successful applicant has at least 3 years of full cycle accounts payable experience.





Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities is key. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
