Job Description QE Engineer Contact Center Tools, Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation Skill Required: Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms. IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc.

Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them).

Agent Desktop Automation.

Java core.

Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc.

Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.

Solid knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.

French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.
