Work Location: Balzac, Rocky View NOT TRANSIT ACCESSIBLE Schedule: Monday - Thursday Overnight Rotation, 4:00pm-3:00am What Youll Do: 1.

Engagement onboard, coach and motivate IS2 Associates 2.

Operations - Overseeing the warehouse operations and IS2 associates 3.

Performance - Ensure the quality, productivity, safety and compliance of IS2 associates working within the standard operating requirements of the company. 4.

Safety & compliance enforcing procedures are being followed within company policies 5.

Workforce Planning - Managing schedules and workflow efficiency 6.

Monitor and support IS2 associates efficiency, productivity and accountability. 7.

Reporting - Weekly reporting and analytics 8.

Assist other areas when needed.

Work Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.

Strong leadership,



teaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.

Proficiency in using inventory management software is an asset.

Basic computer and math skills.

Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Equipment Experience: Pallet/ Power jack experience is an asset but not required Experience with RF Scanner is an asset but not required Forklift experience with valid drivers license Special Conditions Of Employment: Reliable transportation (public transit not available) Must have CSA-approved safety boots and reflective vest Must be Health & Safety conscious Why Join Us?
