Job Description The client is looking for an end-to-end testing manager who has actually defined the testing strategy for a transformation program themselves, not just someone who executed it.

The latest version tightens this point: the role requires a QA lead who designs strategy, which rules out senior profiles who have only worked within frameworks defined by others.

The position is still a leadership role: overseeing the strategy, planning validation waves, coordinating dependencies between teams and vendors, and producing progress and risk indicators for management.

Salesforce is now seen as a plus, with the ecosystem still needing to be understood but without requiring development expertise.

The multi-team, multi-vendor context puts coordination and influence with business and IT stakeholders at the core of the profile.

In short, the profile is clearly aimed at a true test strategist, which is harder to find.

The multi-team and multi-vendor context makes the ability to coordinate and influence business and IT stakeholders central to the profile.

Qualification Table Requirements 10 years or more as a QA lead who personally defined the testing strategy Experience as End-to-End Testing Lead for a complex transformation program Multi-system integrated testing Requirements PREFERRED Experience in Salesforce environments Understanding of data, integration, and test setting challenges Multi-team coordination and ability to influence business and IT stakeholders ASSET Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Ability to identify and recommend test automation opportunities WHAT WE DON''T WANT Profile whose experience is limited to executing test cases, without responsibility for test strategy or governance.

Senior QA profile who applied a test strategy defined by someone else, without having designed it themselves.

Test automation specialist profile without experience leading end-to-end testing at the program level.

Coordinator or project manager profile without a foundation in quality assurance and test strategy.

Profile with less than 10 years in quality assurance and test strategy.

Profile limited to a single system or application, without integrated multi-system testing.
