Our son works 2 weeks away / 1 week home.

My husband and I will be in Mexico this winter for 5 months: Dec. 1 - April 30th 2027.

We are looking for ONE reliable long-term sitter to live in our home between Morinville and St.

Albert, Sturgeon County, Alberta.

Fully furnished, private bedroom bathroom for you, wifi, laundry, kitchen, parking.

Quiet rural road - you MUST have your own reliable vehicle winter tires.

All utilities included for reasonable use.

You buy your own groceries.

Meet Duke: Duke - 9 month old Rottweiler, 95 lbs and growing, friendly, goofy, very much a puppy.

Mouthy, jumpy, pulls on leash, in training.

Needs experienced large-breed person - no first-time dog owners.

Daily: 2 walks training/play, fed 2x daily,



crate trained when you leave, never left alone > 4-5 hours The Plants: 20 indoor houseplants.

Full photo guide provided - most weekly water, some every 10-14 days.

About 1-1.5 hrs/week.

Vet: Our vet is in St.

Albert - on file with authorization and emergency fund.

Duties On-Shift: Duke care, plant care, mail in, trash/recycle to road on, shovel entry, keep heat at 20C, keep house tidy/secure, daily photo update in our daily group chat.

We Provide: Detailed house plant manual, group chat for handoffs to son, home insurance notified.

This is not a tenancy it is house sitting.

House Rules: Non smoker preferred.

No pets brought, no long-term guests, no parties.

You: 25 with references for large breeds house sits, non-smoker, driver''s license.

Available for 2-3 day trial before we leave.
