The Opportunity

- Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate strong, proven experience in service plumbing and/or plumbing installations.

- Have experience with heating systems and hydronics, including furnaces and boilers. The ability to troubleshoot and service heating equipment is a must.

- Drain cleaning skill experience with the confidence to diagnose and clear blockages independently.

- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision while remaining organized, efficient, and dependable.

- Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing and heating issues.

- Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service with professionalism and explicit communication.

- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot,



and repair residential and commercial plumbing system.

- Collaborate effectively with office staff and fellow technicians while also being capable of working independently.

- Adhere to all applicable safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Journeyman Plumber required.

- Extensive experience in service plumbing.

- Hydronic heating experience.

- Strong experience servicing heating systems, including furnaces and boilers.

- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

- Valid BC Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
