We're looking for a versatile and motivated Production Assembly Technician to help us deliver quality, innovation, and reliability in every system.

JSI Manufacturing is seeking a hard working, motivated individual to join our team as a Electronics Assembly & Data Entry Technician to support JSI Manufacturing's day-to-day production. The role involves building lighting control products, checking completed work, and recording production and inventory information in company systems. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with both their hands and a computer, follows instructions carefully, and keeps accurate records. Training on our products and processes will be provided.

Assembly & Production

- - Prepare materials and assemble products according to work instructions.




- Perform routine inspections and tests, and report missing parts or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

Data Entry & Documentation

- - Record completed work, parts usage, and quality checks in company systems.
- Update work orders and inventory records, and help reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized production documents.
- Flag unclear instructions and suggest improvements to assembly or recordkeeping processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other computer systems.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn recent procedures, and communicate issues clearly.

Assets

- Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or inventory.
- Ability to read assembly drawings.
- Soldering skills or basic electronics knowledge.
