Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, and transportation of goods for residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Safely pack and load items onto moving trucks or vehicles.
- Unload and unpack items at the destination, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the moving process.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform routine inspections of moving equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

Requirements

- Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.




- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus for commercial driving responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with moving practices and customer service principles is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:

- Moving: 1 year (required)
- Furniture assembly & dissasembly: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G Driving Licence with a clean abstract? (required)
