Make a real difference as a full-time Youth Care Worker at Street Culture Project in Regina, SK. This role focuses on supporting youth in transitional housing with compassion and accountability.
Join our team at Street Culture Project, where you will engage with youth aged 16-21, helping them navigate life's challenges. In this full-time position, you will work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Your core responsibilities include building trusting relationships, implementing safety strategies, and providing support for daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust-based relationships with youth aged 16-21
- Support daily living and life skill development
- Implement case plans and safety strategies
- Document interactions, appointments, and incidents
- De-escalate crises and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
- High school diploma (post-secondary preferred)
- Frontline youth work experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid SK Driver's License with abstract
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
