Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy
- Conduct medication therapy assessments
- Provide medication counselling and clinical recommendations
- Support methadone-related pharmacy services
- Participate in Level B non-sterile compounding activities
Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
- Active registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists
