The Prospect

We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who leads by example in the field, someone who is mechanically minded and takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and doing things right the first time.

This role leads the installation team to deliver safe, precise, high-quality installations-on time and done right the first time.

What You''ll Accomplish

Coordinate equipment delivery, set-in-place, and installation.

Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving.

Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer experience.

Keep teams, equipment, and job sites safe and organized.

What You Bring

Previous supervisory experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a commercial field is preferredA strong work ethic and a willingness to learn - we value attitude over experience

Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to challenges

High school graduation required





Valid driver''s license and satisfactory driver''s abstract
