**Job Title: Material Handler**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on safely handling materials within a clean production environment while ensuring accurate digital tracking of inventory and production movement.

You will move products between wash, CNC, assembly, and staging areas, operate reach and counterbalance equipment, and maintain up-to-date records using Excel and warehouse management software.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a well-organized manufacturing setting.
**Responsibilities**
Work primarily in the clean room and adjacent production areas to support material flow across the facility.

Receive products from the wash area after CNC operations and move finished pallets and skids to designated storage locations.

Place parts into racks accurately and update inventory and production status using Excel spreadsheets.

Use Excel and warehouse management software (such as Epicor) to record and track production movement digitally, in addition to physically moving stock.

Operate a reach truck approximately 20%30% of the time to store boxes and skids safely and efficiently.

Move materials between the wash area, assembly, CNC production, and staging areas according to production needs.

Check the production schedule regularly to ensure materials are in the right place at the right time.

Communicate proactively with shippers to coordinate material availability and shipment readiness.

Collaborate with the afternoon shift supervisor to determine what materials need to be moved, prepared, or left for the next shift.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in all material handling activities.

Lift and move items weighing up to and over 50 lbs as required by production demands.
**Essential Skills**
At least 2 years of experience operating reach and counterbalance equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Valid external reach truck and counterbalance license.

Experience using RF scanners for picking and inventory-related tasks.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members across shifts and departments.

High attention to detail to ensure accurate material placement and data entry.

Experience with SAP or other warehouse management software, with the ability to adapt to systems such as Epicor.

Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer use, including the ability to quickly learn new software and SKU systems.

Ability to lift up to and over 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.

Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiarity with production schedules and coordination with shipping or logistics teams.

Experience working in a clean room or clean production area.





Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments, including wash, CNC, assembly, and shipping.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple material movements and priorities.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
