This is a strategic role, where the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the distribution relationships with key external partners to secure best-in-class content for GBT's customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure this content is optimized at point of sale.

Distribution

Team's leadership to drive the air distribution strategy in

North America and Latam.

Partnering with Airlines to ensure strong collaboration on distribution matters, alignment on goals and enhancing the overall offering to joint customers
Work through content related issues and apply solutions asrequiredto overcome challenges
Workingclosely with

Product & Technology,Marketplaceand Commercial teams toensure alignmentandprogress on key goals
Developing and implementing new strategies to evolve and expand the content offered to customersutilizingnew capabilities and technology asrequired
Develop commercial models to meet the evolving needs of the marketplace
**What**
**We're**
**Looking For:**
3+ years of experience in the

Airline and/or traveldistribution space.

Ideally with positive knowledge of NDC
Strong product and technology knowledge baseto influence and lead product-related discussions.

Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners.

Ability to navigate a complex organization and find the right internal partner for each project




Critical thinking skills coupled with translating complex technical and business issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Experience of ‘future proofing' within organizations
Strong negotiation skillsto ensureoptimumvalue for the organization.

Strong analytical skills.

Assess and understandfinancial impactof negotiations
Excellent organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines
Coss cultural awareness.

Thrive in diverse, multi-time zone environments with cultural adaptability.
**Location**
United States
The US national base salary range for this position is from
$88,200.00 - $163,800.00
The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.

Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
