**The Opportunity**
HUB International is looking for a hands-on Motor License Issuer Supervisor to join our Regina team.

Reporting to the Motor License Issuer Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, support staff on the floor, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role blends supervisory responsibilities with direct client interaction, making it a great fit for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced service workplace.
**What You'll Do**
Supervise and support Motor License Issuer staff during daily operations, providing real-time guidance and hands-on floor support
Mentor and train new and existing team members on processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Assist with scheduling, coverage planning, and workload allocation
Handle escalated client issues and complex transactions, escalating to the Team Lead where appropriate
Support clients with licensing, registration, auto policies,



and related inquiries with accuracy and compliance
Monitor operational workflows including mail, inventory, and transaction tracking
Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance tasks as needed
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
Ensure adherence to SGI and all applicable regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with the Team Lead and Provincial Motor License Issuer Lead on departmental improvements
**What We're Looking For**
Experience in motor licensing, auto insurance operations, or a related regulatory environment
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong client service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team under pressure
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development
Availability to work daytime, evening, weekend, and statutory holiday shifts as required
