The successful candidate will design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure and data services, with a strong focus on AWS Step Functions, Glue, Data

Zone, Lake Formation, Glue Catalog, and Sage

Maker Unified Studio.

This role requires solid security knowledge and hands-on experience configuring AWS policies, Secrets Manager, KMS, VPCs, and related infrastructure resources

Primary Location: Toronto, ONWork Model: Hybrid 1-Day Onsite per Week

Employment Type: ContractRESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement scalable, secure AWS cloud architectures aligned with enterprise requirements

Lead hands-on implementation of AWS Step Functions, Glue jobs, AWS Data

Zone, and related AWS data services

Design and implement AWS Lake Formation and Glue Catalog solutions

Implement and configure Sage

Maker Unified Studio across cloud data and analytics environments

Configure and manage AWS infrastructure resources including VPCs, catalog connections, and related services

Design and implement AWS security controls using IAM policies, Secrets Manager, KMS keys, and other AWS security services

Support the integration of cloud data platforms and services across enterprise environments

Evaluate architecture requirements and translate them into scalable and secure AWS solutions

Troubleshoot complex cloud architecture, infrastructure, security, and data integration issues

Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver cloud architecture and implementation outcomes

Ensure AWS solutions follow enterprise security, governance, scalability, and operational standardsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCESenior-level experience designing and implementing enterprise AWS cloud architectures

Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and infrastructure implementation

Proven experience implementing AWS Step Functions across enterprise projects





Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue jobs and Glue Catalog

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AWS Lake Formation

Hands-on experience with AWS Data

Zone

Mandatory hands-on experience implementing Sage

Strong understanding of AWS security and hands-on experience with AWS IAM policies

Hands-on experience with AWS Secrets Manager and KMS key management

Strong experience configuring AWS infrastructure resources including VPCs and catalog connections

Ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions

Strong understanding of AWS data, security, networking, and infrastructure services

Experience working on complex enterprise cloud transformation initiatives

Experience within financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments
