We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and maintenance with Troubleshooting settings.
Duties
- - Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- - Constructs and fabricates control panels/systems and installs interlocking wiring and performs wiring checkout.
- - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- - Tests, troubleshoots, and repair s electrical components, transformer and circuit breakers for safety and integrity.
- - Tests installed, repaired and/or modified equipment for proper performance and assists in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies.
- - Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and testing equipment
- - Install and terminate conduit wire, cable, equipment, panels, sensors, and various control components and devices.
- - Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete projects efficiently
- - Collaborate with other tradespeople such as plumbers or HVAC technicians on renovation projects to ensure project completion.
- - Document work performed and communicate effectively regarding the project status.
- - Willingness to work overtime as required
- - Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
- - Maintains a clean and protected workspace
- - Other duties may be assigned as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- - Proven experience as an Electrician with solid year/s of experience in the same field
- - Knowledge of building logic controllers and low-voltage systems
- - Ability to renovate electrical systems efficiently and on a tight deadline
- - Proficiency with power tools and electrical equipment
- - Familiarity with commercial and residential electrical practices
- - Able to ensure all work is met in the Canadian Electrical Code and standard
- - Previous experience as a maintenance person is a must
- - Extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial and Residential Electrical Settings
- - Can work independently or in a team.
- - Must have a clean driver abstract
- -Must have his transportation to work. Note: Public transportation is not available in most work sites.
- - Must have his own basic tools and PPE
- - Willing to travel and work Out of Town.
- - Trustworthy, dependable, and with confidence in his workmanship

- - Police Clearance is required upon employment.
- - Health Benefit is available after 4 months of probation
